Data Sanitization India exists because of a gap that most IT asset disposal leaves open. A laptop is collected, a server is de-racked, a crate of drives goes to a recycler — and at no point does anyone produce a record that ties a particular serial number to a particular erasure, checked afterwards and signed.
Formatting a volume does not remove the data. Deleting a file does not remove the data. What removes the risk is an erase that is verified and then evidenced, and that is the whole of what we do: the software that performs it, and the field work for the hardware that cannot be handled in place.

Disposal Without Evidence
Most retirement processes can tell you a batch of assets left the building. They cannot tell you what happened to drive number seven, which is the question an auditor actually asks.
The Data Leaves Before the Erase Does
When erasure happens at the recycler rather than on your floor, the exposure window is the whole journey. Erasing before the asset moves closes it.
Certificates That Prove Nothing
A letter on headed paper is not evidence. A record that names the drive, the method, the verification result and the people accountable for it is.
Erased Where It Stands
Our engineers work on your floor. Assets are catalogued by serial before anything is touched, erased in place, and only then released. Your own security staff can watch the whole thing and check the serials against the manifest as it happens.
Built Here, Not Licensed In
The erase engine, the verification pass, the report generator and the licensing are ours. That is why the certificate can carry the drive's own readings rather than a summary — the software that took them is the software that writes the document.
What Cannot Be Wiped Is Destroyed
A drive that refuses the sanitize command, or fails its verification read, is not passed as clean. It is flagged for physical destruction, and the record says so. Fragments go to authorised e-waste processing rather than to landfill.

- Every erase is followed by a verification read, and the result goes on the certificate whether it passed or not.
- The standard used is named on the document, and it is the standard the engine actually ran.
- A drive that cannot be sanitized is destroyed rather than passed.
- Nothing on this site claims a certification we cannot show you the paperwork for.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take the hardware away, or work on our site?
Either. On-site is the default for anything sensitive, because the data never leaves your building. Where hardware does move, it moves after the erase rather than before it.
What makes this different from a scrap dealer?
A scrap dealer resells or shreds the hardware. Neither of those produces a record that ties a serial number to a verified erase, which is the thing you will be asked for later.
Can our compliance officers watch?
Yes. On-site work is meant to be watched — serials checked against the manifest, the run observed, the certificate produced there and then.
Do you sell the software separately from the service?
Yes. Most customers who erase regularly run it themselves; the service exists for volume, for media that has to be destroyed, and for teams who would rather not do it in-house.
