Partners

Three ways to work with us: sell the software, subcontract the destruction, or put your own name on the certificate.

This page describes what the programme covers rather than who is already in it. There is no logo wall below, because a partner list is the easiest thing on a site like this to invent and the first thing a prospective partner would actually check.

What follows is the arrangement itself — what each kind of partner gets, what is expected of them, and what the commercial shape looks like. If it fits what you do, the form at the bottom reaches the people who set it up.

What Goes Wrong

The Risks This Removes

You Are Asked for Evidence You Cannot Produce

Resellers and IT service firms increasingly get asked for a data destruction certificate as part of an asset refresh. Producing one means either buying erasure software per device or turning the work away.

Media You Cannot Process Yourself

Most recyclers can shred a drive. Far fewer can erase a self-encrypting SSD, a SAN shelf or a locked handset and prove it afterwards — so those assets sit in a cage waiting for a decision.

Your Customer Wants Your Name on It

An asset disposal business that hands over somebody else's certificate has introduced a second supplier into its own customer relationship.

Reseller

Licence the software to your own customers and keep the relationship. Device-based licensing means you buy the volume you actually deploy rather than a seat count, and the certificates your customers generate carry their own organisation details, not ours.

ITAD and Recycler

Subcontract the media you cannot process. Drives, arrays and handsets are erased and verified, or destroyed where erasure is not appropriate, and come back with a per-asset certificate you can pass straight to your customer. The chain of custody covers the whole movement.

White Label

Your branding on the certificate and the report. The verification, the method and the document hash are unchanged — what changes is whose name is at the top, which matters when the document is going to your client rather than ours.

What a Partner Gets

  • Device-based licensing at partner pricing, allocated from one account
  • The full product — erasure, verification, hardware diagnostics, bootable and PXE deployment
  • Certificates carrying your customer's details, or your own branding under white label
  • Subcontracted processing for media you do not handle in house
  • Chain-of-custody documentation for anything that moves
  • Direct technical contact rather than a ticket queue
Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum volume?

For reselling, no — licensing is by device, so a partner placing ten devices and one placing ten thousand use the same mechanism. For subcontracted destruction it depends on logistics rather than on a policy, and is worth a conversation.

Can our own technicians run the software?

Yes, and most reseller partners do. It runs on a bench machine, from a bootable USB for systems that cannot be erased in place, or over PXE for a floor at a time.

Whose name is on the certificate?

Your customer's organisation by default. Under a white-label arrangement, yours. The verification result and the document hash are the same either way, because those are the parts that make it checkable.

Do you sell direct into our accounts?

Ask, and get the answer in writing as part of the arrangement. It is a fair question and it deserves something specific rather than a reassurance on a web page.
