Tell us what you are retiring and roughly how much of it. If you already know the standard you have to meet, say so — it changes the answer.
Before You Write
There is no call centre here. Enquiries reach the people who build and run the thing, which means the answer is usually specific — and also that it helps to send enough for a specific answer to be possible.
For a quote: what media you are retiring, roughly how much of it, whether it can leave your premises, and any standard your policy or regulator names. Those four decide whether this is a software licence, on-site work, or assets moving to the facility.
For a technical question: the version from Settings and the message on screen. Those two usually settle it in the first reply.
For a licence problem: say so in the first line and include the licence key and the machine it is on. Those go ahead of enquiries, because somebody is usually stopped mid-job.
Can I try the software before talking to anyone?
Yes. The trial covers ten drives with no card and no call, and the certificates it produces stay valid. Nothing on this site puts a sales conversation in front of the product.
Do you work outside Delhi?
Yes. On-site work travels, and the software has no geography at all. Where the assets are does change the logistics and the price, so it is worth saying up front.
How quickly do you reply?
Within a working day for anything sent during the week. This is a small team rather than a rota, so an answer outside the hours above is possible but not promised.
What happens after I write?
If what you sent is enough, the reply is a method and a price. If it is not, the reply is the two or three things still missing rather than a call to find them out.
