• No refunds are issued once a data sanitization process is completed unless explicitly stated in the agreement

Service Limitations and Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Recovery Prevention Beyond Scope: While we use best-in-class data wiping tools and follow industry standards (e.g., NIST 800-88), we do not guarantee zero recovery against future unknown or theoretical technologies.
• No Warranty: Our services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure devices sent for data erasure are free of physical defects or software locks
• Back up important data prior to submitting devices, as the data will be permanently erased
• Comply with applicable local and international data protection laws while using our services

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business or technical information shared during service delivery. We may disclose such information only if required by law or with your consent.

Data Privacy
