Data Sanitization Pro is built for the bay.     Assets are logged against your own reference as they land, so the certificate matches your system and not a second list.

Erase and Grade in One Pass

The hardware diagnostic runs alongside the wipe: SMART attributes, reallocated sectors, power-on hours, read and write throughput, and a pass or fail against thresholds you set. By the time the drive comes out of the bay it has both a certificate and a grade.

The Process, Step by Step

Intake and Log

Drives are logged with client, job and asset references, so certificates can be handed back to the client they belong to.

Erase, Verify, Grade

Up to eight drives per machine, running at once. Erasure to the standard the client's contract specifies, a verification read-back and a diagnostic grade, all in the same run.

Certify and Hand Back

A signed certificate per drive plus a job summary. Failed drives are separated for destruction with the reason recorded.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is it licensed for a processing floor?

Per device erased, not per seat or per machine. You can run it on as many stations as you like and pay for the drives you actually process. Licences do not expire.

Can we put our own branding on the certificate?

Yes. Certificates carry your logo and company details, so the document you hand back to a client is yours rather than ours.

Does it handle SAS and enterprise drives?

Yes — SATA, SAS, NVMe, M.2, mSATA and PCIe, including self-encrypting drives, where cryptographic erase is issued rather than an overwrite.

Can erasure data go into our ERP?

Reports export as CSV and PDF for import into ERP and inventory systems, so certificate data does not have to be re-keyed.
